Visualisation.

    Visualisation is a technique that uses modern psychology to change how we view ourselves and the world around us. These perceptions define how we interact with the world and how we are affected by these interactions. Combining these techniques with the mood and physiological enhancing qualities of I conjure's candles you have a powerful tool for change.
    The following method is simple and is ideal to use for short or long sessions. Regular use of this method in conjunction with the candles can bring about a noticeable change in only a few weeks. First you need to create the right setting. It needs to be quiet, somewhere where you are unlikely to be disturbed until you have finished. The lighting should be dim so as to not distract you, but not so dark that you fall asleep. You should sit, lounge or lie on something soft where you can relax your whole body. Your chosen candle should be near you but on a safe surface where it cannot be knocked or fall over.

    ALWAYS PLACE CANDLES SAFELY WHERE THEY ARE STABLE AND AWAY FROM ANYTHING THAT THEY MAY SET FIRE TO OR BURN.

    Light your candle and sit or lie down in a supported position and relax, with the candle about 3 feet from your eyes. Firstly, to focus the mind on your visualisation and to ensure maximum effectiveness, concentrate your gaze on the candle's flame without blinking. When you feel your eyes tire or water close them. The lame should leave an after image that appears before you. The image will move around and start to fade. When it has almost gone, try to bring it back into focus. If it disappears open your eyes and start again. When you can bring the flame into focus move the flame to the middle of your chest. Visualise it growing larger as it merges into your chest. Make it grow ever larger as it fills your chest, then flows through your body and into your limbs. Let the light flow out of you and surround you.
    Now imagine a scene where you are using the candle's power to aid you. Suggestions for how each candle can aid you are located below under the candle's name. You can use images in your mind, or you can simply use words and talk to yourself internally or externally. Fill the scene with as much detail as you can. Place yourself and any other people you need into the scene. Now you need to let the scene unfold like watching a play. With a directors eye control the events as they unfold as you want them to be. Pause the action to make decisions about events and your reactions. You are also the writer and can rewrite the dialogue to suit your needs. When you are happy with how your scene works run through it until it runs smoothly. To really increase the power of this visualisation you can take the place of the character playing you. See the whole scene again but through your own eyes as part of the scene. Now make everything brighter and louder, give it a real resonance, feeling the power of the candle aiding you and enjoy how it makes you feel. In a long session you can work through the whole visualisation or advance each step over a few shorter sessions.

    Fire.
    Visualise the heat and light energy of the candle being absorbed by your body. Your muscles feel vibrant and full of energy and your mind clear and alert, leaving you raring to go.

    Clean.
    Visualise the light from the candle as millions of specks of glowing and dancing energy that is shooting around your aura and into your body, cleansing and revitalising your spiritual energy.

    Armour.
    Visualise the essential oils rising up from the flame like a mist expanding in front of you. The mist glides towards you mixing with your aura forming a protective layer just above your skin.

    Immune.
    Visualise a sheet of golden energy being blown onto you. It wraps itself around your mental, emotional and spiritual centres, shielding you from any ill effects that might be caused by others malicious gossiping.

    Off.
    Visualise a warm cotton cloud floating to yuor bed. It rests on your bed dispelling all waking energy and creating a warm, peaceful and seductive retreat that will allow you to re-energise for the next day.

    Cure.
    Visualise the candle releasing an intensely bright orb that floats towards your chest. You feel the strength of it's power as it enters your emotional centre. It's energy fades as you absorb it's power to heal any emotional harm you have endured.

    Repair.
    Visualise a soothing glow from the candle penetrating your emotional centre. Feel it calming the distress of losing a loved one. It brings warmth and comfort to dampen your more extreme reactions.

    Us.
    Visualise a ribbon of energy forming from the candle's scent just above the flame. One end of the ribbon enters your chest attaching itself to your spiritual centre. The other end searches for your loved one and creates a powerful bond, binding you togehter as one.

    Removal.
    Visualise the banishing energy rising up from the candle as many tiny spheres. They float above you before falling on you like a shower, driving the bad luck down through your body and aura, forcing it out into the ground beneath you.

    Secret.
    Visualise your special wish as you want it to be. The candle's power joins with you to make your visualisation brighter, bigger and more real.

    Gilt.
    Visualise yourself in the near future putting money aside for savings. You feel yourself being comfortable about your finances and confident in their increasing improvement.

    Them.
    Visualise the candle's scent infusing into your aura making it glow brighter. When you meet people you feel it's glow attracting people to you, giving you a deep sense of happiness. When you are near the right person for you, your aura draws you both together.

    Level.
    Visualise calming energy floating from the flame towards your nostrils. You breathe in the energy into your emotional centre, softening your emotional extremes. As you breathe out the energy removes tensions and anxieties.

    Ego.
    Visualise the strengthening power of the essential oils soaking into the centre of your body where it waits to become active when you need it. When you feel your self confidence needs a boost, you feel the energy start as a warmth that calms you and makes you feel strong and couragous from deep within.
